• Prepare to explore the Iguazu Falls

As your time in Rio de Janeiro draws to a close, you will be transported to the airport in private service for your flight to Foz do Iguaçu, where nature’s power takes center stage. Once you arrive in Foz do Iguaçu, you’ll be driven to your hotel in Puerto Iguazú (shared service), where you can start to unwind and prepare for your upcoming adventure at one of the world’s most impressive natural wonders.

• Explore the Brazilian Side of the Falls 

Enjoy a tour to Foz do Iguazú National Park on the Brazilian side. Remember to bring your passport!

While 80% of the falls lie within Argentina, Brazil offers the most stunning panoramic views. On the Argentine side, you feel immersed in the falls, but only from Brazil can you fully appreciate their grandeur.

At the park entrance, you’ll board a bus with a guide who will accompany you to the falls. Take your time to absorb the experience. Wander along the various pathways and feel the mist on your face. Walking the boardwalk over Salto Santa María feels like walking on water! Approach the Devil’s Throat and witness the sheer power of the water!

Once the visit concludes, take the bus back to the entrance where your transfer will be waiting to return you to your hotel.

• Get ready to walk the Iguazu Nationa Park 

We will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Iguazú National Park, located on the Argentine side of the falls. Surrounded by a lush subtropical forest, the park is home to a variety of wildlife. With the help of our guide, you might spot toucans, parrots, and coatis among others.

You will explore the lower and upper walkways that meander through the falls, providing an up-close experience with this natural wonder. The Argentine side boasts numerous paths and walkways, offering multiple perspectives of the falls.

A highlight of the visit is the “Devil’s Throat,” the largest and arguably the most captivating of the falls. To reach the Devil’s Throat, you’ll take an ecological train and walk along the boardwalks. After exploring and taking photos of the waterfalls, wildlife, and flora, you’ll have some free time to enjoy lunch in this beautiful setting. This 7-hour adventure is highly recommended for experiencing the true power of Iguazú Falls!

• Continue your Adventure in the Big City 

At appropriate time enjoy a transfer to the airport (shared service) for your flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel (private service) and have the rest of the day to explore at your own pace. Buenos Aires, the vibrant capital of Argentina, is often called the Paris of South America.

This cosmopolitan city boasts a mix of colorful architecture and a rich cultural scene. Argentines are known for their warm hospitality; if you look lost, locals will gladly offer assistance. Spend your first day wandering the cobblestone streets with outdoor cafes, savoring the aroma of Argentine beef sizzling on open parrillas (barbecues), and browsing antique and artisan markets. To truly immerse yourself in the Argentine spirit, seek out a quality leather jacket or handbag from local designers and explore the lively Palermo Soho neighborhoods.

In the evening, you’ll be picked up from your hotel and taken to a renowned venue to experience one of Argentina’s most cherished traditions.

Enjoy a captivating night in Buenos Aires and feel the passion of the Argentine tango. Tango represents more than just a national dance; it symbolizes Argentina’s immigrant heritage, the artistry of its performers, the sensuality of Argentine women, and the country’s way of expressing love and heartache through dance.

• City Tour around most iconic neighborhoods 

Start your day with a pickup from your hotel to explore Buenos Aires’s main attractions on this tour showcasing the best of this cultural metropolis. Guided by an expert, delve into the Porteño lifestyle, vibrant culture, and music.

Visit historical landmarks en route to Plaza de Mayo, pausing to admire significant buildings such as the Casa Rosada and the Congress.

Experience the European flair of Buenos Aires by strolling through eclectic neighborhoods: from the antique charm of San Telmo and the colorful working-class La Boca to the upscale elegance of Recoleta with its famous cemetery, which houses the graves of many of Argentina’s iconic figures, including Eva Peron.

After the tour, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel.

• Fly to Peru 

At the appropriate time, you will be privately transferred to the International Airport for your flight to Peru. Upon arrival in Cusco, your journey continues as you are driven to your hotel in the Sacred Valley. Cusco is the gateway to the Sacred Valley, a region celebrated for its historical significance and natural beauty.

Once the heart of the Inca Empire, Cusco offers a glimpse into Peru’s past with its blend of ancient ruins and colonial architecture. The Sacred Valley, just a short drive away, is known for its breathtaking scenery, picturesque villages, and fascinating Incan sites.

• Get Immersed in the Ruins of the Inca Empire 

Today, your journey takes you to the Sacred Valley’s captivating sites. Begin with a visit to Pisac, a charming town known for its colorful market and historical significance. Browse through local handicrafts and traditional textiles at the vibrant fair, and explore the colonial Church where Quechua masses are celebrated each Sunday.

Next, head to Ollantaytambo, an ancient Inca fortress renowned for its impressive stone terraces and historical structures. Discover the Temple of the Sun, marvel at the massive stones used in construction, and explore the remnants of an Inca military fort or ceremonial site.

At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.

After your guided tour, return to Aguas Calientes for a delightful lunch at Café Inkaterra. The afternoon is yours to relax, explore the town, or prepare for your journey back.

• Day at Leisure 

Enjoy a day at your own pace in Aguas Calientes. You have the option to revisit Machu Picchu for more exploration or take in the town’s serene surroundings.

Revisit the ancient citadel and explore additional sites such as Intipunku, the Sun Gate, offering a stunning viewpoint; the Inca Bridge, a marvel of Inca engineering; or, if you’re up for it, hike to Wayna Picchu for panoramic views and a visit to the Temple of the Moon (entry not included and subject to availability).

In the afternoon, board the train back to Cusco. As you travel, reflect on your experiences and enjoy the beautiful Andean landscapes.

• City Tour San Pedro Market & Nearby Ruins

Immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Cusco, a city that was once the heart of the Inca Empire. Your day begins at San Pedro Market, where you can wander through vibrant stalls and experience the everyday life of Cusco’s residents.

From the market, continue to the Koricancha Temple, where Incan and colonial histories converge. Explore the remnants of this once-sacred site dedicated to the Sun God, now home to a Dominican church.

Next, ascend to the impressive Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Marvel at the colossal stone walls that once served as a military stronghold and enjoy panoramic views of the city below.

Your journey then takes you to the Q’enqo Archaeological Site, where ancient Inca rituals and ceremonies took place. Finally, return to the Plaza de Armas to visit the Cathedral, a grand example of colonial architecture and a key historical landmark in Cusco.

• Fly to Lima 

At the appropriate time, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken in private service to Cusco Airport for your flight to Lima. Arrive in Lima, the vibrant capital of Peru, and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Get ready to dive into the rich history and culture of this dynamic city.

Explore Lima, a city where ancient traditions meet contemporary life. Begin your half day tour with a visit to the Miraflores and San Isidro districts, where you’ll see both modern landmarks and sacred sites from the pre-Inca era.

Your journey continues to the Historic Center of Lima, a UNESCO World Heritage site brimming with history. Stroll through the Plaza de Armas, taking in the grand colonial architecture that defines this area.

Next, visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, a magnificent example of colonial architecture and spiritual heritage. Discover its serene cloisters and learn about its historical significance.

End your tour in Miraflores at the Parque del Amor. Take in the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and enjoy the artistic mosaics that decorate this romantic park.
