I was on the verge of burnout, so I decided to take some time for myself and go on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to reenergize and regain my strength. I picked Argentina because a good Argentinian friend recommended Say Hueque Tours Services, and I will be eternally thankful to her. Every part of the trip was efficiently addressed, from the immaculate planning and attention to detail (printing out the boarding tickets, for example) to the real aid and attention to my demands (custom travel agenda). Folks, this is true Customer Service at its finest. Bravo!

During our trip to Argentina and Chile, we saw at least five huge glaciers, which was the highlight of the trip! It was the only one that could be seen from land rather than by boat, despite the fact that this tour included both the land tour and the boat ride. We were really satisfied with our excursion, from the hotel pickup to the tour guide's excellent English to the cleanliness and functionality of the bus and boat. And reserving this online was so much easier than waiting till we were in El Calafate to visit the travel agency!

We had a wonderful time! Everything has gone smoothly, and I know that’s due to YOUR efforts.

Calafate was COLD and amazing. Our guides (especially Macarana at Estacia Cristina) were all excellent, attentive and knowledgable.

Our Iguazu experience was AMAZING, thanks to our guide Celia who has so much experience leading people through crowds of tourists that she made our experience very special and personal.

And finally, our evening at THE ARGENTINA EXPERIENCE was the perfect finish to our time here in your country. Paulo and Prisila were excellent hosts and they made the even fun and most enjoyable. Also, the food was EXCELLENT! I would recommend this evening to anyone.

Regarding our accommodations, we were very pleased with the hotels and their locations. Most of the locations were right in the middle of town or a very short walk to places for excellent meals

I will gladly recommend Say Hueque to anyone who wants to travel in Argentina

The holiday was brilliant. We walked ca 140km, ascent of ca 4,000m and loved the scenery. Arrangements were all great - other than the pick-up at Laguna Armaga - and your information and guidance invaluable.

If I could change anything, it would be:

Hotel at Torres Central instead of the Refugios - but the Refugios was fine.
Would have been good to appreciate more that the transfer from Calafate to Laguna was a shared trip and to have been offered a private transfer as an option
Refugios Paine Grande - not great. Fully appreciate perhaps no other option, but a bit dirty and more of a youth hang-out. Refugios Cuernos is a gem and Central also absolutely fine.

We enjoyed it all and aim to return.

Highlights - Mt Fitzroy - trek to Laguna Los Tres, restaurant Fugeria in El Chaltén, Mirador Britannico.

Our trip: Buenos Aires, Igauzu Falls, Salta, Huhuamaca Canyon/Valley, Purmamarca, Salt Flats. You will not find a better way to see these cities and sites, or any other place in Argentina than Say Hueque. Talk about worry-free, accomodating, flexible. Thay are simply the best. Highly recommend Say Huque!

Say Hueque is perfect for the independent traveller.
It was very easy to plan our trip to Mnedoza with you. They were able to discern the type of trip we were all looking for and he delivered completely. It seemed as though he could figure what sort of trip we were looking for without our ability to be very clear. He really came through.
The whole trip exceeded our expectations.
