Going up and down to 300 mts of stairs. Climbing and clinging to rocks with upper and lower limbs. Achieve balance on uneven surfaces and leverage with both feet. Listen, see and understand rescue instructions. Verbally describe your status and location. Relay rescue instructions to other passengers. Transship to another boat. Hold your breath under the mist of the falls.
