Argentines are known for their warm hospitality—if you’re seen with a map, don’t be surprised if a local offers to help with directions. That’s the Argentine spirit! On this first day, take time to stroll the cobblestone streets lined with lively outdoor cafes, savor the irresistible aroma of Argentine beef sizzling on an open parrilla (barbecue), and peruse the artisan and antique markets filled with treasures.

Prepare to Explore the City - Buenos Aires

  • Half-Day Buenos Aires City Tour

Embark on an enchanting half-day tour that captures the vibrant essence of Buenos Aires. Beginning with pickups in the chic Palermo Soho district, this journey immerses you in the city’s rich history, culture, and charm.

Our first stop is Plaza de Mayo, the historic heart of Buenos Aires, surrounded by iconic landmarks such as the Casa Rosada (Government House), the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the historic Cabildo, a symbol of Spanish colonial heritage. At the far end of Avenida de Mayo, you’ll find the imposing Congress building, a beacon of Argentina’s political legacy.

Heading south, we visit the lively San Telmo Market, where the city’s energy is palpable. From there, we continue to La Boca, the vibrant birthplace of Tango. Along the colorful Caminito Street, local artists showcase mesmerizing Tango-inspired art and culture.

Next, we take a brief stop in Puerto Madero, a once-abandoned port now transformed into a sleek and modern waterfront district, highlighting the fascinating contrasts of Buenos Aires.

Our journey continues through Palermo, a neighborhood adorned with green spaces and landmarks like the Botanical Garden, the historic City Zoo, the Argentine Horse Track, the National Polo Field, and the Planetarium. It’s a perfect blend of nature and leisure.

Day 4

Explore Los Glaciares National Park - El Calafate

  • Full-Day Mayo Spirit Trek

We’ll pick you up early from your hotel in El Calafate and head to Los Glaciares National Park, about 80 km away. From Punta Bandera Port, we’ll board the Cruz del Sur vessel and start navigating the Canal de los Témpanos on Lake Argentino.

Our first stop is Bahía Toro, where we’ll take a short, guided walk through the Patagonian Andean forest to a beautiful waterfall. From the lake’s shore, you’ll have stunning views of the hanging glaciers on Cerro Mayo and Cerro Negro. Afterward, we’ll return to the boat and continue the journey.

Next, we’ll stop at Cerro Negro for a walk along a river through the forest, leading to the base of the Black Glacier. This “hanging” glacier feeds waterfalls that create the river we’ll follow. You’ll have time to take in the breathtaking views before heading back to the boat.

We’ll then return to the Canal de los Témpanos and make our way to the north wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier. After disembarking at Puerto Perito Moreno, you’ll have free time to explore the glacier’s catwalks and enjoy the incredible views from various balconies.

At the set time, we’ll return to the boat and sail back to Punta Bandera Port, where a transfer will take you back to your hotel in El Calafate.

It’s a full day of exploration, nature, and unforgettable views of Patagonia’s most iconic landscapes!

We’ll pick you up from your hotel and head to Foz do Iguaçu National Park on the Brazilian side of the falls. Be sure to bring your passport!

While Argentina is home to 80% of the falls, Brazil offers spectacular panoramic views. On the Argentine side, you feel immersed in the falls, but it’s only from the Brazilian side that you can truly appreciate the vastness and grandeur of Iguazú Falls.

At the park entrance, you’ll board a bus with your guide to reach the falls. Once there, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the walkways, letting the mist refresh you as you marvel at the breathtaking scenery. Take the boardwalk over Salto Santa María, where it feels like you’re walking on water, and get close to the Devil’s Throat to feel the incredible force of the cascading water.

After the tour, the bus will take you back to the park entrance, where your transfer will return you to your hotel.
