I initially started with Cynthia who was extremely patient with me, i was booking a solo trip to Argentina & don’t speak any spanish. She booked me exactly what i wanted. Private tours and transfers. I also let them book the domestic flights within Argentina. After I confirmed, Andrea was my local contact who couldn't have better. My flight from USA was cancelled & I immediately contacted her, she swiftly changed some of the tours times to enable me to not miss a thing. I started in Buenos Aires, with a midday city tour then an evening food tour. Then flew to Iguazu falls where i had a small tour group to the falls & last stop flew into Mendoza with 2 full days of winery tours that included lunch. Our journey to Esteros de Ibera, Iguazu Falls and Mendoza was excellent! The travel plans were very well executed; the local guides were very responsive, pleasant and professional, and the transportation was good. We had excellent visits to both Ibera and Iguazu Falls in spite of rainy days, and the tours in Mendoza were superb. I’ll admit to some concerns about arranging a private two week trip entirely by email-especially to a place with very few guidebooks, over two countries, and immense distances. I’m very pleased and impressed! All the transfers occurred seamlessly, all the guides were informative, good hotels, and we certainly experienced the flavor of Patagonia. Say Hueque did an outstanding job putting together the trip itinerary based on my preferences, providing excellent guides and drivers and selecting some really good hotels - some truly spectacular. This is the second time I did a vacation with Say Hueque and again, they did an amazing job! This time I went to Santiago Chile and Easter Island. All my transfers and tours were on time with local guides. The hotels were in very nice areas. They had a WhatsApp guide check in with me when I reached my destinations. They gave me updates on drivers and times when needed, also I could contact them with any issues I had...I had no issues. When I was picked up at the airport in Santiago, I was even given an outlet receptacle converter! I had one packed but it was a very nice touch, I ended up using theirs.
