If you are still eager for more, taking the boat ride under the falls is a must-do for all outdoor explorers. Make sure you pack your raincoat and are prepared to get wet; this intense boat trip will take you up close and personal to the falls allowing you to really feel the power of Mother Nature.

Patagonia is a region in Argentina that is simply screaming adrenaline. Come summer or winter, Patagonia offers an excellent choice of adrenaline filled activities for those looking to take Argentina vacations. Bariloche has it all on offer with a number of intense hikes up to desolate refuges at the top of the mountains.

If you are looking for the ultimate adrenaline adventure at an extreme level, nothing will have you on the edge of your seat more than the south of Patagonia and the El Chalten region.
